• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt - A one day course which enables attendees to understand the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) methodology and the main tools. A suitable course for team members who want to address small projects or provide support to larger initiatives.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Foundation - A three day course, which covers the project methodology DMAIC and the complete suite of Lean Six Sigma tools. After this course, attendees will be equipped to undertake business projects, with tangible results. 

• Lean Six Sigma Champions Training - A half day course, which focuses on the managerial and technical knowledge to facilitate the leadership and deployment of the Six Sigma strategy. Champions are upper-level managers who lead the execution of the Lean Six Sigma deployment plans for the company.
